Pirates have different type of jobs and each jobs have a particularity. They all need each other to build a strong crew.
There is the captain, the vice-captain, the sailor, the gunner, the navigator and finally my prefer: the animal mascot!
They add all their individual statistics to form a crew. Be careful to have a balanced crew which will allow you to win battles.
